A four days public bus transport ticket is included
in your registration fee. Most hotels are located in the center of Leuven where all is pretty much walking distance. We recommend taking the direct bus
line 43 to the Leuven Gasthuisberg Campus bus stop. The actual
congress venue is within a minute walk from there.
Quite a number of bus lines go to the Leuven
Gasthuisberg Kliniek (hospital) bus stop from the main bus station. The congress
venue however is not on this hospital side but on the northeast end of the
campus. The hospital stop is certainly a good alternative but requires a 9
minutes walk to the exact congress location (650 meters). When at that stop,
looking toward the hospital, walk around the right side perimeter of the campus
to reach the congress venue.
By bus it takes about 20 minutes to get to
the congress venue from the center of Leuven.
